Romania, unfortunately. Unlike those other two countries (where anti-communists won the first elections right after the fall of communism), the first free elections (in 1990) in Romania were won by "reformed" communists, which naturally were slow to implement significant economical and political changes.

None of the above - Albania still is under totalitarian rule. This was the reason why Serbia attacked Albanian mu slims in Kosovo. Since Bill and Hillary Clinton support Communism and totalitarian dictators - Serbia was bombed for no defensive reason.

Romania, had some problems, you need to be more specific, all have had various transition issues, Russia has trouble with oligarchs, and are still trying to reign them in. Poland has done well but not without troubles. as is true with Hungry as well.
