While it's not exactly "your" take on Olivia, Livia itself is both a common variant (ever heard of Anna Livia Plurabelle, James Joyce, Finnegans Wake? LOL) and an unrelated name in its own rite (feminine form of Livius, meaning "envious," and the Roman Emperor Augustus' wife).
While I can certainly appreciate Livia -- it's a classic, after all -- and prefer it to very-popular Olivia, the Livea spelling you've listed doesn't appeal nearly as much. The similarity to the word "liver" is just too great, especially when the traditional spelling so easily avoids that unfortunate association.
So Livia is lovely, but "Livea" doesn't excite me, to be honest.

I would just go with Olivia Rose nickname Livia to save confusion. People will always assume it is Olivia anyway. If you do go with Livia I would spell it like that. Livea looks like it could be Livea and will just cause your daughter even more problems.
I think Olivia Rose nickname Livia is a gorgeous name by the way.

Livea is different. I dont think people will add the O n if they do I think she'll be proud enough of her name 2 correct them. I love it. Its pretty and sophisticated.

Honestly i think "Livea' sounds/looks like a medical description. I also dont think everyone would add an 'O" if you do coose this name. If you love it use it, she's your baby dont be swayed by anyone.

spelt like that is reminds me of 'Nivea' moisturising cream. I still like the traditional Olivia better and then pet name her livia. Your dad is right, people will add the 'O' thinking they have misheard it. She will probably appreciate you giving her the name Olivia and then a nickname like Livy or livia more.

I think it's pretty. The pronunciation "Liv-A-uh" is really pretty too, if you think it's too close to Olivia. There are enough variations of names around that people will get used to it. Besides, it isn't so unusual that she'll have to explain her name everytime she gives it (which is something I would avoid).

Sorry but it reminds me of Liver.
Olivia Rose is very cute though and you can call her Liv or Livia for short.

I think it's a very pretty name. It's unusual without being weird, and I think she'll appreciate it later in life.
