Can anyone explain this physics joke i've heard?

this is the joke but i only get the separate vocabulary but not the funny part. explain because im not much of a big words person lol


Your mother is so dumb that she designed experiments exploiting quantum mechanics in an effort to determine the nonlocality inherant in the microcosmos and undermine the true nature of the uncertainty principle!

is quantum nonlocality possible or impossible? it does sorta make sense in a slight way and it is said to be the most logical answer mathematically but it does seem wierd how it's possible

Well, according to the uncertainty principle, locality is indeterminate at the quantum level. So here's the dumb mother trying to design experiments determine it. There's no possible experiment that could achieve that objective so therefore she is being dumb.

A joke is usually funny because we're caught offguard with something totally unexpected. In this joke, the mother is supposed to be dumb, but for her to even think about designing such a complex experiment, she can't be all that dumb.

Sounds more like some science major trying too hard to impress but ,
Ultimately proving , some geeks have no humor .
