No, I like the anticipation of not knowing. In that case life would be such a big bore. There'd be no surprises or anything. I'd have greater fears because I'd know what was coming to me.
It would be horrible, just like when somebody tells you the entire movie...every little detail before you actually get to see it and then its not as good as it would've been if they had just let you see it when it actually happened.

No, not if I could only see something that would happen to me. I would if I could see what would happen in the world...like a major event that could be stopped or etc.

Very good question, Yes I think I would want to know. I am a single mom with 2 teenage girls, I would want to make arrangements for them. I work in a nursing home, I see what old age brings on, mental incapacitation, incontinence, senility, I would want to make arrangements of where I should be placed, so my kids would not feel responsible to care for me.

Only if we would all see it, because living out a realised, pre-destined future could prove to be very lonely

no, I live in surprises.......... still, even if I looked into the future but tried to change it, the future that I saw in the first place would be the inevitable truth

In a way, I already can. I know in 20 years, I'll be a hobo with a beard begging for money in front of a Walmart.

I would be too scared to see that. I'd rather not know, because I'd live in dread waiting for certain things to happen.

My gut reaction is to say 'NO' emphaticly (would kinda ruin any surprises ;-) But my honesty forces me to admit that my natural curiosity (unflatteringly described as 'nosiness' by some people I know ;-) would probably cause me to weaken and end up begging to be allowed to see! ;-))

i thing i would, so that i would have the upper hand on what to avoid. The only thing i would not want to know is the day and time of my death.
