Einselection seems to explain the outcomes of distinct states and the onset of classical reality. Unfortunately, there are other anomalies to take into consideration. What quantum theory best explains these anomalies? I think the Consciousness Causes Collapse Theory is incredibly interesting but highly unlikely. What are your thoughts on this theory, and do you think it displays a valid answer to the random outcomes or anomalies?

Wavefunctions have been collapsing long before any consciousness existed in the universe. And collapses occur where no living beings are present.
So it does not seem likely that consciousness is the cause of the collapse. But I don't know what does cause it. That is a mystery the science still hasn't solved.
