I had to search Elizabeth Bathory Movie to come up with this on Wikipedia. As the other Barbara had stated, there are several since 1970.

Funny, this was one of the first questions I answered you (regarding the most vicious villain in history, or something like that)--I didn't know that there were movies about her until you asked this question and I looked it up. Interesting, may have to check one out.

The Blood Countess by Andrei Codrescu is a fictional account of her life.. (starting as a child, and going to her death) It is not exactly a biography, but it was illegal to even mention the NAME for many, many years in Hungary. From what I understand it is pretty right on.. it's mostly just a matter of reinacting conversations nobody could ever have known about..
