I want to know for sure what cause the Fault Tree Analysis to be methodologically deficient. Is it the problem with the Fault Tree Analysis itself? Please I want objective( something that is proof to be the truth) points not subjective(something that you make judgement on using your educational experience which is not true it is just your assumption that you assume to be true)
