My bf says all the time that his balls are cold and it's only been happening for the past week. It's not like his whole body is cold just his nuts. What the hell !!!!????

It's probably normal. Men's nuts hang low to get cooler than normal body temperature. Sperm needs to be a few degrees cooler to live and be healthy.
I'm sure he'd like it if you warmed them up for him some of the time. There are many fun and creative ways to do that.

A man's balls are very sensitive to temperature, more so than any other part of the body and they will hang down or draw up accordingly. But saying they are cold all the time sounds a little fishy, or maybe he is just fishing for attention lol. Tell him to wear warmer underwear.

What kind of underwear is he wearing my bf had this issue till he switched to boxer briefs they offer more support. the balls should be a bit colder because of what they need to do to keep the semen alive.

well when men have diarrhea there balls get cold and when we run around in are boxer they get cold

may be cold, but it shouldn't be that cold. he might be getting you ready to hit you up with the idea that you need to warm them up for him.
