Don't drink milk, eat processed sugar (or anything that has it in it), or wheat products. High protein (mostly fish and poultry, stay away from high fat meats like pork and beef)
I lost 5 lbs last week and I already lost 2 this week.
unfortunately if you lost 150 lbs in 2 weeks you would end up either killing yourself or spending thousands of dollars in liposuction (if that didn't kill you too).

The worst way:
Do it in two weeks or somewhat fast: a quick fix type of deal!!!
That will always bring some collateral effects and whish not to have ever messed with your metabilism.
You are welcome to read some of my other answers related to health under my profile. I'd normally take a different approach.

Even if you starved yourself for 2 weeks, you couldn't lose that much weight. Plus, you would be seriously messed up. The only way to do it would be liposuction....

Why? wanna die or something...?
No way - unless under doc's supervision, stomach stapled and eating only raw vegs. at the cost of your health. It will lead to complications.
There is no easy short cut. It took you a long time to get here. At least, give yourself one-fourth that time to get rid of it. Weight loss requires a lot of discipline.

Don't be in such a hurry. There is no healthy way to lose even half that much weight in that much time. But do not despair. It IS possible but you have to be more patient.
The only effective means of healthy weight loss is to SLOWLY increase your exercise patterns and SLOWLY make healthy changes to your diet.
