I m from INDIA and i hav seen that movie on HBO, but i donn no the name..
The story goes like that ..
there was a very small kid and a very young girl with there GrandPa goes to a small island, where the Granpa dies due to heart attack, then these 2 lil kids live there alone on island .. then gradually they grow and it shows how they come close to each other and etc etc.

In that movie there was a tree which looks like an old man & the boy use to talk with him, once he saws that girl in pond, then they had sx .. after some tyms she bcoms pregnant and gives birth to there child !!

It sounds like The Blue Lagoon
They weren't brother and sister and the man wasn't their grandfather. They were on a ship together and the ship exploded. The man was a worker on the ship and he made it to an island with the kids.
They find him dead on a neighboring little island. They end up having sex and a baby.
The movie came out in 1980 Brooke Shields would have been 15 or 16 and Christopher Atkins would have been 18 or 19. Just depending when their birthdays were.
They made a sequel that wasn't all that good.

I watched it a pair of week and a a million/2 in the past and regrettably i've got no longer seen any video clips via fact that thenbecause of school beginning returned. i myself have not gotten used to going decrease back yet and am looking very no longer straightforward. :)

Def, Blue Lagoon, a wonderful coming of age film that had a hard background but with beautiful scenery.
