It's kind of broken or something. Change it back to classic mode by clicking on the classic mode thing on the top right of your lineup, then you select "IR" from the player's drop-down menu. Then you click submit changes. Then you can switch back to "drag and drop" mode by clicking "drag and drop" on the top right side of your lineup and clicking submit changes again.

One more thing - even in the classic mode, I believe your player has to be listed as IR in the real world. They will have a red "IR" next to their name.

Theres a problem in the "drag and drop" selection.
The classic mode is all fine, like Mike said, just switch it and it will work.
