i am only 20 years old. i live on my own, pay all bills and everything. but i do not have any health insurance anymore :(
i have some acne/bacne problems and i really need to see a dermetologist, but i don't know how when i dont have insurance. any suggestions??

Not all that long ago, outpatient services weren't normally covered by insurance, which was primarily for hospitalizations. If you can believe it, paying for outpatient services was added as a cost-containment measure to get people to have procedures done as outpatients rather than as inpatients! In those days, one simply paid for the service. Try calling a dermatologist's office and ask about the usual charge for an initial consultation.

that is what happened to me they didn't want to give me health insurance and I'm still fighting to get try welfare or check through the net for health insurance

You're either going to have to save up and pay them in cash/check or you're going to have to live with it. Have you tried OTC methods? Proactive works well.
