Northwest seems to be forever on a promo period.

PAL is comfortable, but they generally have higher rates. And I don't think Cebu Pacific flies to Ca.

Me and my wife ,who is from CEBU ,both think that our trips with NORTHWESTERN from the Philippines were very nice.

the most hassle free would be cathay pacific.

for price, philippine airlines.
