The manual is in Chinese. Do these laptops have a re-boot button? Sometimes I have to unplug the power and remove the battery if the thing jams.On the top of the keyboard there are 4 buttons besides the on/off. It it one of those?

ctr, alt, del should reboot it. If you just want to turn it off then hold power button down for about 5 or 6 seconds and it should turn off.

When ever your machine locks up and nothing else works...hold down the power button for about 5 to 7 seconds. This will force the machine to shut down (hard shut down). On a lenovo machine the power button should be silver or grey.

Alt + Ctrl + Del should rebot most laptops.
If not you try tapping the power button once
