Please help me find a way to get 5,000.00 in one week so I can pay off my truck before they take it! I am also behind on my house two payments. My husband is now disabled with mo money coming in and I am trying to do it all on my own.

I had to catch up the house payments and put my truck title up in on of those get money quick places and now I am losing the truck. I am working hard to keep everything. I owe 3,500.00 on it and it is worth 9,000.00 blue book price. I just want out of the loan without getting into more problems. I am trying to do this all on my own my husband is disabled and we are still fighting for that!

As the last person said, your best bet would be to follow those priorities. Most importantly, though, are YOU and YOUR Family's health and well being. If I were in your shoes I would implore my family first, then my friends, to understand my situation. Try moving in with some of your relatives or friends until you can find stability again. There is nothing wrong with falling onto hard times. It's how you react to those hard times that could be detrimental to your situation.

Go to a finance broker and try and consolidate all your payment loans into one.
Make sure you don't pay any fees upfront though.
Then you need to make sure you keep up the payments there after.
Sell or trade the truck if its not being used and buy something cheap and secondhand that will get you around.
Use the extra money if any you get from the truck to pay out your current debt if this can help.
If its a good truck that can make money try getting someone as a driver for you (Sub lease it) that will cover your overheads at least. Make sure it insured well first.
A trucks of no use unless its working.

Lose the truck, make the house payment. In order: shelter, food, clothing, transportation, credit cards, personal loans.

see if you can sell the truck for what you owe and get rid of it. and like the other poster suggested start turning off things you dont need

cell phone
cable
call the mortgage holder and talk with them they would rather have your money then foreclose ...they will work with you but do not ignore their notices and letters

Maybe you should consider a chapter 13 bankruptcy. In most cases you can file for no money down and still keep your truck and house.

candidly if u 5k behind on truck u'll need to turn it over to company.

If people could get $5K in a week ,
They would not be loosing their truck in the 1st place .
What happened to the disability checks ?
Sorry , unless you have other things to sell and raise the cash to pay off the truck . . .

We are all forced to live within our means! Sorry, but I really need` more like $10,000, but some how or the other I stress like`crazy, then after much prayer, I survive.
