Become relaxed and be seated in a quiet corner. Contemplate on your very first memory of your life... followed by whatever other things or incidents, habits, rituals, formals, restrcitions you experienced while you were a child.
Whenever you recall these incidents jot them down in a notebook in point form. It is important to take notes beforehand because you will not be able to remember everything that happened in the correct sequence.
Go on taking notes of your childhood, adolescence, adulthood etc.
Then try to fix them in to an order (if they are not already in an order)
When note taking is fully done, start writing the autobiography.
Imagine you are telling the story of your life to a dear friend, or a grandchild or even a stranger.
Write it in conversational language. Include all your loved ones and how you came to know them, the role they play in your life, how everybody fits perfectly in to your life.
Relax yourself and do not push yourself too hard.... Writing an autobiography will take atleast 3 months, if you want to do a comprehensive job.
Wish you all the best!

You would 1st start by gathering all the info and pics you can all the way back to the day you were born. Ask family members about events you attended growing up from baby to present. Write as much about your life that you can remember! If you need more help or ideas you can go to your local library and view other peoples autobio's! Good Luck!

You write the story of your life so far. Include amusing details about your childhood or other interesting things that have happened to you. Start at the beginning with when and where you were born. Any unusual things happen at the hospital? Ask your Mom or Dad. They were there.
