and being sued by the ACLU, I then said should someone sue the ACLU. ONe lady's answer stated that the ACLU is government funded is this friggin true? If so can we sue the govrnment and get rid of them. Are they liberal or communist as one answer stated their founder was a commmie?

No the ACLU does not receive money from the government. The vet that cut down that flag was right on. If that bar owner has a right to fly the mexican flag over the U.S. flag, that vet has a right to cut it down. Because he has put his life on the line to protect the rights you have now. Vets need to be treated a hell of a lot better then what they are now. Not only did that flag flying clearly display disrespect for the U.S., it is also a form of treason on the part of the bar owner. It is also inciting racism, riots, and hate. Oh but it is an infringement of his 1st amendment rights, BS!!! 1st see if he is even legal. Because the law CLEARLY states that CITIZENS of the United States of America have those rights.

The ACLU is a non-profit organization that does not receive any funding from Federal sources. The lady was wrong.
