I dunno. I never heard that you had to avoid some teas.

There is no reason to avoid any tea while on your period.

You can drink any tea on your period.

In early stages avoid Raspberry Leaf (it contains a chemical similar to oxytocin - which causes contractions.....when you are ready for birth, you might want to drink it for that same reason.)

I would also avoid Aloe Vera Juice (drinking it) - I dont remember the reason why - but I did read something about it in the e.commisar (german pharmacology commission)

there isn't any you should avoid while on your period. when your pregnant yeah, but period, none.
