I absolutely love the name Marisa Christine. It just sounds so feminine. Very beautiful name. Not really found of the other two girl names but it is honestly up to you.
The boys names I am not sure about. Out of the three I would say Paul Santiago and then Kypin Bartley. Even Kypin Santiago is nice.
Good luck! We had the same problem and I actually stressed out about the babies name. What a wonderful miracle you are about to bring into the world. Congrats!!!

I answered your question yesterday, but you've added to it, so I'll answer it again :)
marisa christine - Still my favourite of the combinations.
akayla starr - Have you considered Arianna instead of Starr? I just think Starr is a little bit tacky. Arianna Skye is quite nice though. I think Akayla might be constantly confused with Kayla, so perhaps you should just scrap the 'A' part.
chauncine mavis - Wow, I've never heard of Chauncine before. It actually sounds a bit masculine, because it reminds me of the name Shawn/Sean. Do you like the name Chantelle at all? It is more feminine. I'm still loving Mavis by the way, but I prefer the name Bianca Mavis.
for a boy
paul santiago - Paul is still nice, but Santiago may be a bit over the top.
messick bistro - Sorry to be rude, but Messick reminds me of a little child with a tummy ache 'Mummy.... me sick!'. Probably not great to put next to a food related name as well. Have you considered the name Merrick? Or even Maverick? I love both of those names, and they are quite uncommon (which seems to be the theme you are going for)
kypin bartley - Kypin isn't really by style at all, it doesn't seem like a 'name' as such to me. I know a little boy named Kynan though, that's a nice name. Bartley is OK.

I'll be blunt (coming from a stranger you won't really care and I am trying to be helpful). Nobody will ever be able to spell/say Chauncine and Mavis is for great-grandmothers. Akayla is really cute, but Starr sound like a stripper. Love Santiago and you can't go wrong with Paul. Messick Bistro sounds like a place I would love to meet you for coffee. And Kypin Bartly is cute too. Best of luck, I have had to name three boys, so by number three I was really running low on boy names!

If you nname your daughter Chauncine Mavis or Akayla Starr, she'll grow up to kill you or be a stripper, respectively. Marisa Christine is slightly better, but still wouldn't be my choice. Marisa Kayla? Or at least Marisa Christina. For a boy, Paul Santiago is decent, though, again, not my first choice.

I like Marisa & Akayla, but you need new middle names. The third name makes me nauseous with its hideosity.
Paul Santiago is good if you're hispanic. I like to see people name their children in line with their ethnicity. Messick is ok, but bistro is a restaurant, a place to eat.
Kypin sounds like something made up in a bad dream. Bartley is okay.

Marisa Christine ( I would spell Marissa with two S)
is my first choice
Akayla Starr (not my style but accepatable)
Chauncine Mavis--this is horrible, and will be butchered by everyone who tries to pronounce it.
Paul Santiago okay, very latin sounding
Messick bistro, appauling a definite no....bistro = small restaurant???why?
Kypin Bartley--again no one will know how to say this. too weird for my taste

You should try to find some names that are easier to pronounce and won't make your child's life more difficult later in life. Teachers and classmates are going to be like "wtf?" if they see someone named Messick or Kypin. Kids would be calling him "Me Sick" or just "Sick" or "Sicko." I can see Kypin turned into "King Pin" or "Kipe-in'" (like stealing). Easy to twist those names into cruel nicknames.
Most people haven't heard those names before and will wonder what type of name it is. If you have some kind of background on the names, please share.
Of the names you chose, I would pick Marisa Christine and Paul Santiago.
