You don't have a marriage. You have hell on earth. Divorce doesn't scar children. Poor behavior on the part of their parents, scars children.
Go get a lawyer and file for divorce. In my state, the other person doesn't have to consent. They are given an opportunity to negotiate a settlement, and if they won't, sometimes it goes to trial, and sometimes (depending on situation) the final papers can simply be filed. Get out of this marriage and build a healthier life. Your other questions indicate your wife isn't living up to the responsibilities of your marriage. Neither have you. Both of you need to grow up and get out of this mess.

You tell her it's over and done by your actions. You are already separated, the next step is to reduce your contact with her, to that which is only necessary for the sake of your kids. If you are truly finished with your marriage, don't allow yourself to get pulled into any discussions about your relationship --- other than to talk about divorce issues.

You know her best. If you dont send the message across clearly, she will be trapped in limbo and wont be able to move on. If u dont like her that much, write a note. Written words are a good referance, so anytime she thinks you've changed ur mind tell her to read the note again.

You can explain it to her the way you explained it here. Tell her you have tried to work things out with her 4 different times and always the same result.

So who runs your life religion or you? God gave you the ability to think for yourself. Be honest with your wife.

File for divorce. She'll get the message when she gets the paperwork.

Unless she has committed adultery, you don't have good reason to divorce her.
