For amendment 3 and 4. For example: Calvin is accused for writing several bad checks. When he appears for the judge, Calvin asks for help preparing his defense because he is too poor to afford a lawyer. The judge tells Calvin that he is sorry he is poor, but Calvin will just have to prepare his own case, without any help.

The answer to this one is Amendment 6, because you have the right to have the assistance of counsel (an attorney) for your defense.

Could you make it a little hard or confusing like instead of using soldiers use something else. If someone had to find out which amendment it was so that it wouldn't be super easy.. (Thank you very much.)

Amendment 3 is "No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law. (In other words, during peacetime, soldiers may not be quartered (living) in others homes.)

Amendment 4 is "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures (taking your things or areesting you), shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized. (In other words, protects against unreasonable searches and seizures.)

Amendment 3 - There is a parade in which soldiers are marching. There is a flood that knocks out all the transportation in the area. The soldiers need a place to sleep. They cannot force you to let them stay in your home without your permission.

Amendment 4 - Police are looking for Joe Jones at 1433 North Birch Street. They knock on your door with a warrant for this person. They cannot come in to your house to search for this person because you live at 1435 North Birch Street.

If you don't like what we write, then you can write it yourself. You should be doing your own work anyway.
