I teach 4th grade. We are on a science unit on invertebrates. Here's a word unscramble of an invertebrate for you:

N _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the other letters are :

t i u l u s a

if it helps, the little picture beside it looks like a shrimp. Or perhaps a snail with tentacles?!

SEVERAL teachers have tried to figure this one out with no success. I am starting to think there IS no right answer!

I know!!! N-A-U-T-I-L-U-S. Meaning: Also called 'chambered nautilus' or 'pearly nautilus.' Any cephalopod of the genus Nautilus having a spiral, chambered shell with a pearly interior. OR paper nautilus: the webbed dorsal arms of the paper nautilus were thought to have been used as sails.
