In Munich, they speak German, while in Seattle they speak English.
In Munich, there's the Autoban, in which there's no speed limits. Seattle enforces conventional American speed limits.
In Munich, they brew beer according to the German tradition, with specific ingredients. In Seattle, they have nouveaux microbreweries with no rules at all.
Really, what kind of question is this? Lmao.

Wow, this is such a general question about two very different places. Are there a lot of similarities that you see between the two that makes you wonder about the differences?
Munich has a much older history and is full of a lot of older very beautiful architecture, giving the city a much more historic feeling and a feeling that the city is just older in general. Munich is known for its historic looks and older feeling. Much of the architecture dates back hundreds of years!
Seattle is a much younger city and it's known for being the "Coffee Capital of the World" in many corners. Seattle is also known for Microsoft (well, technically Redmond). Seattle doesn't have a far-stretching history or older architecture ala Munich.
Although both cities are known for beer and breweries, they are quite different. Seattle is known for its "Microbreweries" and the microbrews that they put out, such as Red Hook (not so "micro" anymore) & Pyramid, while Munich is well-known for its more classic breweries and classic beers such as their Weissbier und auch Paulaner. Both are known for a lot of other biers as well.
European Union: Seattle-No Munich-Yes
In the Americas: Seattle-Yes Munich-No
Munich doesn't have as much water surrounding it as Seattle.
Both cities have very strong economies and are technologicallly advanced cities. The climates are somewhat similar, but Munich tends to get a little bit colder.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no nude volleyball games in Seattle parks (maybe there aren't in Munich anymore, I was there in the late 80s.)

The temperature: In California, it is specially heat. In Munich, it is specially chilly. Earthquakes: Munich has no danger of them, California has. Coasts: California has a coast and seashores the place you are able to surf; in Munich, you have stones and the alps, and can surf the internet. Nude bathing: the two. yet in California, it`s warmer. Oh, TIME you asked for: 9 hours. it is in basic terms previous 6 am right here.
