on the Sims 2 lifestories, under riley's story, it wont let riley get a job?

It just says "no more work available today" and it didnt even search for a job

i'm here to correct you on something. on the sims website it clearly states that "Sim's Life Stories Is A Game On its own And is NOT an Expansion For Sims 2" . to answer your question: Its a glitch.
