Let's start with Clorox, this is a bleach and will not clear out a drain. If you think using a garden hose on your drain then plan on calling the plumber because your going to take a chance on blowing your lines right out of the house, think about it, the pressure your working with.
Start with a "plumbers helper" a simple plunger, try that first, if it's in a two stage sink then put a wet wash rag over the second line to hold it back. Try this first, flood the sink to hold the pressure back. Then use the plumbers helper.
If this doesn't work, try taking the pipe apart and see if it's something in the pipe under the sink, maybe if your lucky this will do it. If not, then a "Rotor-Router" is the answer, you can rent one. Or, call the plumber.
These days with PVC pipes and the plumbing under most sinks, if you hook a garden hose up to them with the pressure they have, your only compounding your problems. Sure, you might open your pipes but, you might have to replace most of them too. Think about what's going to happen if they explode in the walls and ripping your walls apart.

Use "Drain King". Attached it to the end of a garden hose and push it into the drain pipe as much as you can. Then turn the water on to flush out the clog.

you need to buy a bladder, look like a black condom shape
, how it works, it attaches to the garden hose, and you push it down the drain all the way . well as far as you can, then turn on the water ,
it opens up , throwing high pressure water down the pipe
if you bend it , two or three times, you will find it will re load ,and really pump harder . and clean out your pipes

That depends on which drain is clogged, what it is clogged with and where the clog is. The best way is to call a plumber. No results, no fee.

use your garden hose and a rag to keep the water coming out of the pipe. The water pressure pushes the clog out.

A plumber told me to use Clorox. Let it set overnight and it will open up.
