A movie like the Christmas Carol except with a woman as the main character?

I'm looking for this old movie like the Christmas Carol.
But Scrooge is portrayed by a successful businesswoman.
She is visited by the 3 spirits of Christmas on Christmas eve, I think.
For the past, she visits an ex-boyfriend and sees that he has married but still thinks of her occasionally.
For the present, she visits an employee's home and discovers that the employee(a woman) pities her(main character) and that her daughter hates her(m.c). But her son still wants his mom to wish the m.c. a merry christmas.
For the future, she sees the graves of Tim and herself.
She visits Tim around the end, and arranges for a medical examination.

There were a couple where Scrooge was portrayed by a woman. In 1995 Susan Lucci was "Ebbie", and in 2003 Tori Spelling was in "A Carol Christmas".

Vanessa Williams starred in a movie called "A Diva's Christmas Carol. She played a egotistical singer. I do not think this is the one you are thinking about. Cicely Tyson played "Ebeneeta Scrooge" and Susan Lucci portrayed a Scrooge-like character also.
