I'm a new Labor & Delivery nurse...?

I've tried to do Sterile Vaginal Exams on a couple of patients, and I am concerned because I don't feel what the other nurses feel. It feels like a mushy hill at the end of the vagina, but I never have found an opening.
Do any experienced nurses/midwives/docs know of a website that takes the procedure step by step? Maybe that will help me...

You can practice on yourself, this might help. Have you ever taken a speculum & looked @ your own cervix? Try it & take a mirror & have a look.

That "mushy hill" is called the cervix!
