I think you should go find a bunch of old wooden chairs that you hate and don't ever use and get a baseball bat go to you're back yard or a ally or some place nobody is going to be watching you and think they have to call the cops and just destroy those chairs beat those things like crazy go all out and use your foot and throw the bat at the chairs if you have to(it doesn't have to be chairs just something wooden and make sure its a metal bat) and while you're destroying those chairs picture them as the thing you hate the most in life and afterwords you feel a lot lighter sometimes its better to use cardboard boxes because they don't smash into a million pieces at once plus you can hit it as hard as you can and send it flying and try to hit other things when you hit it like other boxes with targets on them (that's really really fun!) also don't be afraid to yell when you're doing this because it blows off a lot of steam

You know that game The Sims? You can build a house. Put people in the house. Go to build mode. Take out the doors. Don't have a fire alarm. Have someone who doesn't know how to cook go cook. Make sure you name the people after those you're mad at. Would you believe a therapist I knew actually approved of this idea for blowing off anger?

An exercise that works for me is to breathe in and out slowly. When I inhale, I think, 'I am spirit'. When I exhale, I think,'I am peace'.

I visualize the anger and frustration leaving in a cloud when I exhale, leaving only a calm and peace inside.

Also, another good way to calm down is to actually say out loud "this is making me angry". Just audibly recognizing your negative emotion will give it less power. Your mind, at that moment, is stronger than your emotion.

Figure out what makes you frustrated and angry. Then figure out which things you can change, and which you can't. Say the serenity prayer often: "God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference." Carry a copy in your pocket, and grab it when you feel yourself losing it. As you gain in personal knowledge, you'll recognize the situations that set you off as they start to unfold, and you'll be increasingly able to put things into perspective and short-circuit the rage. If you can, find a therapist to help you.
