im not allowed to go with them to the park because of demerits but can i go to the park the same day if i go with my parents

I don't see why not if your parents are going. You won't be counted as one of the students so you will not be counted as going on the field trip for school. Good luck.

Well, unless you've been banned from the park, no one can tell you you can't go, except your parents. And if they're willing to take you to the park on the same day as your class field trip, then so be it. You just won't have to worry about having less time to spend at the park, having to answer to your teachers, being told to keep a schedule....there are so many good points to not having to go with your class.

Sure, while you are suspended from the school activity that doesn't mean you cant do it in your personnel life. The only thing I can think of that might cause you a problem is if the field trip is during school hours and while you are not allowed on the field trip you are supposed to be in school and someone decides to be a smart a** and report you as a truant, but if your told to stay home or its a weekend or holiday your free to do as you please. but if you do go and see people from school, especially teachers, expect them to tell you to stay away from other students since you are not part of the class that day.

Yes, sure you can, but you would probably not have a good excuse for missing a day of school and would be demerited again for unexcused absence. I would just take the punishment for my actions and realize that there will be other opportunities to go on class trips in the future.

I believe so, you just won't be included in anything that your class would do. When they leave you would be able to stay and have fun. It is kinda a good thing that you can't go with your class because if you go with your parents you can be there longer and have more fun because you won't have to do any work or be watched by teachers telling you to be careful.

it would depend on which day the school is going. If it is during normal school hours they can disipline you with school policies for ditching, but they cannot do anything about you being there even if you are by yourself.
