U can take a photo and clip it to several parts and let your boyfriend make it together. This is one of my friends at millionairematch.com ' method when her boyfriend's birthday.

It depends! What part of your body do you think is the hottest? I have great boobs, so when I sent pics to my bf's, it was usually of that. Put on a cute bra (or not if you wanna really surprise him! ;) and lay on your back and hold the camera or camera phone above you and take a pic. If it's another body part like abs, legs, or whatever, have a good friend come over and help you.
One thing I CAN NOT stress enough is that no matter what, your face should never be in any revealing photos. One of the photos that I sent to someone ended up getting forwarded to EVERYONE he knew and was posted on the internet. Yeah he was dumb and mean to do that but you never know what your significant other might do in the event of a fight or breakup. This way, even if the picture is really revealing, no one has any definite proof that it is you!

Use a camera with a timer and do some tasteful poses, not necessarily nude. If there is anything in particular about your body that your bf likes then take on or two more of that. Most of all make sure you are comfortable about what you are doing and the pictures will look all the more natural and sensual.

You get a close female friend of yours to take them for you. Use different outfits or whatever you wanna wear. And do many different poses. It's really fun and they love it!!!!

Do something tasteful yet provocative. Get a professional nude/ semi-nude portrait. It'll cost some hefty dough depending on who you go to.
