Yes, you could and probably would be charged with assault and battery.
And rightfully so, if some punk kid threw a drink at me from behind the counter, he better hope the police get there quickly. You're an idiot.

You could be charged with assault and battery.
Throwing a coke would almost definitely not result in a prison sentence (mos prisons are full enough with real villains) but could result in a fine and/or community service order.
However throwing scalding hot coffee in someone's face would probably be considered far more seriously.
If the customer cold demonstrate damages then he/she could sue also both you and Wendy's in civil court.
My suggestion is if you hate the job that much ask for a non customer facing job or quit and find something you will enjoy more.

Then NCO could desire to finally finally end up paying you 14k for this and this MR. military would be without a role. right this is what they do. they purchase this debt for shall we are saying 500 funds as this is legally lifeless debt and attempt each and everything to get you to pay so in case you even took the settlement of 14k they could have made a 12k income and Mr. military could of snatched a extensive fee verify. they'll use all threats nessarry. You need to check for the definiton of simple assault or disorderly conduct in your state. In my state, if the customer filed a complaint, your actions would result in a Disorderly Conduct criminal charge. If the cup struck the customer, it could be Assault.

Yep you could and should go to jail. It is never okay to assault anyone out of frustration. If you can't hang with your job get another one and some therapy.

if it can be shown you did it INTENTIONALLY, you can be charged with assault and battery. Conviction can lead to jail time, so don't do it. Find another job instead.
