Lil Wayne! And every body knows he gets high so quit making a big deal out of it and go roll a blunt of your own !In other words who gives a ish if he smokes, his music is still hot, and probably sounds even better when hes high.

I think TUPAC is the best. He was very talented he was a poet, writer, ballet dancer. Tupac he's the one that actually introduced biggy to the music. It was because of some misunderstanding that they hated each other so much.

lil wayne truthfully cannot rap, and im not being mean! He always sounds like he was high when he was rapping the song and not in a good way!
