They can't handle the truth..Rosie does many things for children and people who need help...She still does...People get mad because she will speak up on things that make people uncomfortable..The way I see it?..If they can't take the heat?..They need to get out of the kitchen....Sorry, but when Rosie speaks up about something...she is usually right..she will be the first to apologize if she is not...this is the truth...

People hate to confront and change their false perceptions of world. Rosie is a straight shooter who disrupts the continuity and comfort that many Americans have with their world view. The media is guilty of re-inforcing the illusions.
It's called the ugly American syndrome. Get real. American is ranked number 37 in health care. It's not the best place in the world for an average person... Privatization of government services assures lower costs, but it also assures that many services and infrastructure programs are cut or reduced in scope. This means fewer social service programs, fewer programs to improve roads, defective bridges, and broken levies, less health coverage, and poor police services. This hurts the moderate and low income families the most.
On the other hand, if you are very wealthy you can buy private insurance and hire private security in a gated community... it's not such a bad place to live. After all, we have lower taxes and you can afford things most people expect the government to provide.
Rosie has taken personal and professional risks to exercise her freedom of speech. She has suffered the consequences of a systematic black listing and deliberate acts of revenge. You see, she has spoken out about 9/11.
