Fresh off their 11% approval and 2% confidence ratings, and the moveon.org scandal, the Dems now have another problem. They are suing each other for discrimination and violation of the Voting Rights Act.

This is the Florida Democrats trying to move up the primary. Since more states are going to be involved with Super Tuesday all the states are trying to get their primaries in before that because with 20+ states voting on Super Tuesday, February 5th, the primary is likely to be over after that. The national Democratic Party tried to make a deal with the Florida Democrats saying if they moved up their primary their delegates wouldn't count at the national convention, so Senator Nelson and other Florida Democrats are suing the DNC. This really doesn't have too much to do with anything else like Moveon or anything.

They are just doing all they can to have an excuse to have a good old tax increase at the poor mans expense , to any who thought they would really tax the rich , look at the bill they are drafting , calling for a 50 cent increase on Gas ( does not affect the rich ) included in that is a " Carbon Tax " which we pay on everything made using power to include our cars ( nothing about private jets in this bill ) and to help everyone of the working folk out , they also incuded an ammendment to do away with the Mortgage Interest Deduction on the Income Tax Forms us working folk fill out ....

Or did you think the super rich fill out those little booklets too..

Yep , those who voted them in , you really wanted to show old George a thing or two , and you did it , pat yourselves on the back ..you showed old George that the majority of America is dumber than he is .....He went from poor to wealth , and these democrats are going to take the middle class to the poor house ....thats showing him ...

this is just the fla. primary thing...

it's been going on a while...

I think you're reading a bit too much into it... I don't think they're going to start voting Republican...

and it has nothing to do with the approval rating (2 percent?... you like to exagerate I see?)

I always thought their m.o. was to sue after losing the election. Maybe they are just doing a test run in advance of next November.

Wow, that's pretty sad. This is another example why we need a viable third party.

Has it gotten so bad for Republicans that they are going to run Giuliani (who is practically a Democrat)?

you may have heard the story where Chelsea Clinton was assigned by her school to interview General Petraeus. She asked him if there was anyone he was afraid of. His reply:

"Dear Chelsea, I am afraid of only three things: Osama, Obama, and YOUR MOMMA".

The DNC is run by Howard Dean.

It is no wonder that they all act like they have one foot nailed to the floor.
