Can you name this x-men character?

I need help finding a female X-Men character that wears a black bustier. It can be ANY character as long as there's a picture of her wearing a black bustier. (Yes this is for a Halloween costume idea!)
If that's too difficult, I found one already but I don't know her name. She's blonde and she's standing behind Mystique in this picture.

edit: nope, it isn't, because here's a much larger version of the picture, and Husk is standing behind THAT girl. A second guess is that it's Alison Blaire, aka Dazzler. Double edit: Nope, not her either, Dazzler's on the far right. Lemme get back to you

look at the 2 Black Queens of the Hellfire Club (Jean Grey/Phoenix or Selene--red hair & black respectively) or Sage, better known as Tessa, Sebastian Shaw's asst, also in the Hellfire Club.

(white bustier would be Emma Frost, the White Queen)
