The idea of robbing the rich and to use the ill begot goods to feed the poor and hungry is a value well ensconced in Anglo Saxon /Celtic lore.
Crimes are sort of committed for some noble cause, there are no dastardly men with evil hearts, just dastardly deeds.

He wore pantyhose (leggings) and also skirts but the scot pepole didnt wear pantyhose, just not underwear.
