How do you obtain a bag of uncirculated quarters from the U.S. Mint?

It's very easy, actually. Go to the US Mint's web site at http://www.usmint.gov and then go to the Shop Online link.

The mint does have a web-page, but I don't remember them offering bags of quarters. Otherwise, you can check with your bank.

I would think that just dumping them into a bag would lower their value since they are rubbing, bumping, and scratching each other (called "bag marks"). If you want the best condition you need ones that are treated better than bagging (like in rolls maybe).
