Irregular Periods?

So I started my period over two years ago, and in these 27 months, I've had ONE period on time. My first period was on July 18 2005, followed by my second period on July 21st 2006. After that I went 3 to five months between each period, I had one on time, and at the moment it's been 3 months since my last.
Should I see a doctor or is this normal??
