Eliminate use of the word 'that', speak in present tense rather than past tense, eliminate redundancy and wordiness.

In the first two sentences, it's better to say "we use" In the 2d sentence, it's better to say "the data after the revision" (were the data revised or was something else revised?) The last sentence doesn't make sense and appears redundent (do you review funding to get the figures for funding?)

int the first sentence, it should read in THE minus positon. with the word the missing from yours obviously.

thats the only thing i can see.

put a comma after But and you should be good
