I agree with satishrao_deva. Everyone in this world is important, especially the African farmer who grows cacao beans. Sometimes I wish some people would really keep their spiritual pollution out of THIS world, and the give the farmers in Africa a little recognition.

Important is a relative term ... somthing that is important to you may be useless to someone else .. mother is the most imp person for a child.. farmer is imp for crops .. teacher is imp for students .. idol is imp for followers... but still they all can survive without "thier imp person " ... point is life goes on .. it does not stop for anyone ...

It has been the president of USA who has been mostly dictating to the world.I don't mean Bush as an individual.Who ever has been in that office has been calling the shots.But individually every one is important in his own way and every one has some one he/she considers most important in the world.

Hi there !
The different types of answers given so far itself indirectly gives the answer ! All of us are born with certain degree of "ego" in us and that has made everybody to answer in the form of "me" , "my god", "my religion", and "my..." etc etc...
Hence it simplifies the answer, the most important person is "me" , meaning "self"...!
