I consider myself to be a light sleeper. Every night between 2 am and 4 am, I get up to let the dog out. He's an old dog, and he can't make it through the night. Sometimes, I'll eat a snack, watch tv, and then go back to bed. Sometimes, I look out the window to see if any of my neighbors are up or if anyone is breaking into someone's house.

Heavy. Just about nothing is going to wake me up unless I'm in a light sleeping stage. I've tried using an alarm clock, and it never woke me up! The only time I heard it was 30 minutes after it started!

Unless I'm exhausted I'm a light sleeper. It comes from too many years of caring for too many children

I am a light sleeper. I sleep with a fan on every night (not the overhead fan, an actual box fan) so that it blocks out noise.

HEAVY. I slept in a 4-wheel drive off-roading in Africa. I slept through "Phantom of the Opera." I fell asleep sitting on the curb at Disneyland watching the Main Street Electrical Parade. Once I'm out, I'm out deep.
