OK sorry, my bad, he doesn't pay anyone, but where are Nicoles parents in all of this?

Because it was the Goldman family (Not Goldburg) who sued Mister Simpson in a civil proceeding for the wrongful death of their son. Mister Simpson was found to be liable and was to pay a certain monetary judgement. Apparently the parents of Nicole Brown did not seek any civil judgement against him.
