More than 50 of the 124 wrongfully convicted people on death row had already served over 10 years. Speeding up the process will guarantee we execute innocent people.

The death penalty costs much more than life without parole, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent people.

If we limit appeals so the convict is executed within 10 years, instead of after more than 30, that will save MUCH more than than cost of actually executing them.
