Im just looking for the coldest place in Russia. And dont say all of Russia is becuase it isnt and some places are alot warmer than others.

the town of Verkhoyansk in Siberia is considered the coldest place in Russia where the temperature in January reaches the mind-numbing level of 100 below zero Farenheit

If you are talking about a city, and not some dinky town (ie to visit), Yakutsk is the coldest.
