I had Gestational Diabetes with my last pregnancy. It was a surprise pregnancy having conceived when I had been taking birth control pills for 11 years (our other kids were 18, 15, and 12 when she was born). I did not find out I was pregnant until I was 17 weeks along. I had no pregnancy symptoms, but I did have some stomach pain after I ate and I was losing weight. Unexplained weight loss can be a symptom of diabetes. However, I found out that Gestational Diabetes does not present with symptoms and that is why all pregnant women are screened for it. As with all types of diabetes, if it is not being controlled, you can experience excessive thirst, greatly increased appetite, and frequent urination. But, these often accompany pregnancy without Gestational Diabetes. It has been 10 years since I had GD and I have recently been diagnosed with Glucose Intolerance, a form of pre-Diabetes. Women who have had GD are at a greater risk for developing Type 2 Diabetes so I am trying to follow a meal plan and exercise to delay the onset as long as possible. If I eat too many carbs, I get very sleepy, irritable, head-achy, and sick to my stomach. Again, all possible symptoms in pregnancy anyway.

I had Gestational Diabetes, I ended up getting it for some reason at 37 weeks pregnant. I had a doctors appointment, and of course you have to pee in a cup before the office visit. When they got the results it showed I had high sugars in my urine. From there I had to go over to the hospital and do the fun glucose test, I had to do it one other time in the beginning of my pregnancy, and the first test came negative. But, when I did the second time (when they noticed high sugars) I got a call informing me that I had Gestational Diabetes. So after I found that out, I had to make an appointment with a nutritionist and she gave me a glucose meter, guides on what to eat and what not to eat, and just some information on gestational diabetes. So yes, I had to poke myself 2 times a day, one before a meal and one about an hour after a meal. I was glad that I got it in the end of my pregnancy, but they say that once you get it during pregnancy, you can get it for sure with your others. The thing that scared me the most was the consequences of not eating correctly was having a 12 lb. baby since it is possible if you don't eat right. All of the sugars go right to the baby. So I definatly followed the rules of the diet. They gave me a chart which told me that I could have so many calories and carbs per day. It was hard because I would eat a lot before I found out! Ok I am rambling on now, but the symptoms are pretty much found in your urinalysis at the doctor. If you haven't done the glucose test yet, first they draw your blood, then you have to drink this really sweet, yet discusting drink and then wait 3-4 hours before they draw your blood again. This is how they determine if you have diabetes.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

With the newer types of insulin these days, diabetic diets aren't necessarily as restrictive as they used to be. Read here https://tr.im/5yEBx
As with any medicine or diet change, you should discuss it with your doctor. Fruits, both fresh and dried, have a natural sugar in them that will raise blood sugar levels, so be careful about eating too much. Not sure about the nuts. Moderation is always the key. I've been diabetic for 18 years and just recently changed insulin types. I love it because it gives me more freedom in when and what I eat.

Changes in vision, being thirsty, a kind of anxious/or "wound up feeling, always being tired, moody, irritable-don't let anyone, including yourself-just "write it off" to being pregnant. You should probably see a doctor ASAP and discuss what you suspect. Look on the web-especially the American Diabetes Association. It's critical that you look into it and write down questions to ask the doctor. You shouldn't even wait-tell your doctor now.
