That title belongs to Al Gore for his failure to understand how the Electoral College works, and being a whiner when he lost !

As for the PROVEN phoney soldier...his name at birth was Jerry Al Saiad, spent 44 days in the Army, lied about his so called experiences, and is a TRAITOR for doing harm to the US and all who wear the uniform. He is a proven phoney, and libs are as phoney as he is, for not seeing the bull in this story and won't admit THEY ARE WRONG !

It depends if you mean a president that was ACTUALLY elected by a majority of the voters in the USA, YES!

If you count being appointed by the Supreme Court that is stacked with Far-right conservatives that have no clue as to what the Constitution says and do not honor their oath to defend the Constitution?- Probably not.
