Filipinos do not need visas to HongKong for a short stay.
Upon presentation of the passport, they just make a stamp on date of entry, with a note on up to when the visit is allowed. If you should stay longer, you can ask (later) for an extension of the stay. Some people don't even ask for extensions - - - they leave for one day and come back the next day, again entitled to a few days short visit.

All she needs is to present her passport upon entry to Hong Kong. However, if you are planing to go to China, it's best to apply for a Chinese visa in the Philippines (it's quick...really quick).

no need for a visa if you're staying in HK for less than 2 weeks. all she needs is her valid passport.
btw, i suggest that you book your trip via the internet. most travel agencies over charge.
hope you enjoy your trip!

There's no need for a visa if you're gonna stay for 2 weeks. You will be issued a visa upon arrival.
