its most likely macapuno candy. macapuno candy is coconut cooked with cassava or starch, milk and sugar. it is usually rolled into small balls with a sugar coat on the outside.
here's a site that has photos and more info on macapuno candy. hope this helps!

Just another day in the life of a teen or in your case a preteen. They do not think before they do things. You should know that by now. Just let it go, and ask that "whoever" did it, not do it again as there were ants and it caused a horrible mess. If that is the worse thing that happens, you will be very lucky!!!! The "fun" has just begun! Hold on for the ride of your life raising a teenager. Just remember to think back to when you were a teenager, and you can sometimes be a step ahead of them, or other times just understand what is going on. Don't get so stressed that you ruin your relationship with your daughter. Pick and choose carefully what battles you want to fight, because if you start nagging all of the time, she will just quit listening. I have a 36 year old, a 20 year old, and 5 grandchildren ranging from age 17 to age 9, and one more on the way!!! Believe me, I know what I am advising.

Hi! I.m Junrey, 18 and a freshman University stude. I think that's what we call here as "bukhayo". It's really a coconut candy and you're right, It REALLY tastes AWESOME! And you can only find it here in the Philippines; no other country in the world has it... Actually, that candy is one of the major delicaies in the Land of the orient Pearl, The Philippines!

i'd say either macapuno candy or bukayo.
aguadulce, in the visayas, there's another way of making the bukayo. its a little creamy and is usually made a spread for pan de sal. so it still is good if frozen.
