Watch out here! For some reason Toyota bottles two types of antifreeze for their cars. The older ones (04 and older) use the Toyota PART #00-272-SLLC2 antifreeze. Affectionately called: Factory Pink Fluid. It's pre-diluted 50/50. It contains water (7732-18-5), Ethylene Glycol (107-21-1), Diethylene Glycol (111-46-6), Sebacic Acid ( 111-20-6), Potassium Hydroxide (1310-58-3).
It meets ASYM SPECS - D3306 - ASTM - 4340.
Toyota claims it meets all warranty requirements for Toyota aluminum engines.
The Toyota service manager claims it contains a sealer but the gallon bottle makes no mention of it.
It should be a simple deal, flush the system and fill the radiator till its full plus the coolant recovery tank to the HOT line.
After a few days on the road the level in the recovery tank will drop as the system purges the air from the system. You'll need to add a bit more 50/50 pre-diluted mix

Call a Toyota dealership parts department to find out what the coolant fluid capacity is in your car. It may also be in your owners manual under "fluid capacity". For Toyota's and Honda's you want to stick with the 50/50 premix, don't do the 1gallon antifreeze and the other tap water. If you use that formula the water will corrode the coolant system and will cause your car to overheat! Japanese cars are usually very strict when it comes to using their fluid and especially coolant fluid. Most Japanese cars never overheat because of the the 50/50 premix being used. So stick with the premix from TOYOTA dealership. If I were you I wouldn't use anything else. Best of Luck!

If you are doing a flush, I hope you will change the thermostat and hoses. I've known people just changing their coolant and @ 2 months later one of their hoses breaks and have to buy new coolant again. Don't buy those 50/50 premixes because your are literally getting just a half gallon or coolant. Just buy one gallon of coolant and 1 gallon of distilled water and get an empty milk jug and mix your own. Just fill the empty jug halfway of coolant and the other half distilled water and you have a 50/50 mix with some left over for another 50/50 mix.
