If u like Minor Threat Id also suggest Flipper. A very non-well known band from the 80's is Crass, and they are fantastic. The basics: black flag, Dead Kennedy's, MDC (millions of dead cops), DEAD MILKMEN (!), and the Exploited.

For all of these bands, just buy one album from each and just go wild with whoever you like. lemme know what else you want to know about.

If you wanna branch out, The Cramps are really good psychobilly, and Gogol Bordello is fun gypsy punk
